What You'll Be Doing

Drive revenue.

Build relationships.

Close deals.

Generate leads using our proven outreach systems (LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, CRM tools, etc.).

Engage prospects, uncover their pain points, and pitch Pearl Lemon's services like a pro.

Book qualified meetings for our senior sales closers or handle the full sales cycle yourself (depending on performance).

Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaign performance.

Update CRM systems and maintain flawless pipeline hygiene.

Attend daily stand-ups, weekly strategy calls, and ongoing training sessions.
