Job summary

Placements24 seeks a caring and reliable full-time Childminder in Richards Bay to provide a safe, home-like environment for children. You will be responsible for daily care, feeding, supervision, and age-appropriate activities, with a focus on well-being and peace of mind for working parents.

A patient, kind disposition and basic first aid/CPR are advantageous. Own transport is preferred to support flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a childminder or nanny, with excellent references.
• Demonstrated ability to manage children's needs and ensure their safety.
• A patient, kind, and responsible personality.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is a strong advantage.
• Own reliable transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and responsible care for children in a home-based setting.
• Plan and engage children in a variety of play-based learning activities, crafts, and outdoor play.
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals and snacks for the children.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all child safety guidelines.
