You’ll collaborate with Copywriters, Creative Directors, and Account teams to bring brands to life through bold, integrated campaigns that connect and convert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative development of campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and strategic alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Strategists to develop integrated ideas that drive client objectives.
  • Inspire and mentor creative teams and junior designers, providing clear direction, feedback, and guidance.
  • Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating the thinking and craft behind each idea.
  • Oversee visual design and art direction across digital, print, motion, and experiential platforms.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all deliverables while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Stay on top of industry trends in design, technology, and culture to ensure fresh, relevant creative thinking.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing creativity with timelines and budgets.
  • Contribute to pitches and new business, helping shape the agency’s creative reputation and growth.
