• Valid FFC and NQF4 Real Estate qualification
• Registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
• At least 2 years of property sales or rental experience
• Focused on achieving and outperforming set targets
• Confident negotiator with strong people skills
• Tech‑comfortable (CRM tools, WhatsApp, social media, portals)
• Reliable transport and a passion for property
• Existing client base
