iKhokha is seeking a Full Stack Software Development Manager to lead the software engineering team, shape technology, and deliver high-impact projects in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with Product and Architecture to drive technical excellence.

You will implement standards, recruit and onboard talent, and sustain an agile, inclusive culture while aligning with business goals and cloud strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and optimize delivery throughput of the Software Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to drive efficiencies and align with strategic objectives.
• Mentor engineers, assess skills gaps, and develop roadmaps for career growth.
• Assess feasibility of solutions and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Develop and enforce coding standards, documentation, and processes across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement for productivity and faster deployments.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and foster an inclusive culture.
