Remote Leverage is growing its internal product team and is hiring Senior Fullstack Developers to help build our next generation of hiring and operations tools. This is a remote, in-house role working directly on Remote Leverage’s products.

Responsibilities:

• Taking an existing MVP and helping bring it to market-ready quality
• Refining backend APIs and data models
• Improving frontend UX, usability, and performance
• Ensuring the system is stable, secure, and scalable
• Identifying and resolving edge cases, bugs, and technical debt
• Working closely with the founder to move quickly and make sound technical decisions
• Writing clean, maintainable, well-structured TypeScript code
• Applying a product-minded approach to engineering and development
• Working effectively with ambiguity and evolving requirements

Qualifications / Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role
• Strong experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend
• Solid React experience building production-grade user interfaces
• Proven experience shipping and maintaining real-world products
• Ability to move an MVP from “working” to reliable and usable
• Product-minded engineering approach
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
