Key Tasks
  • Developing and maintaining front‑end and back‑end components using Python, SQL, React, and React Native.
  • Integrating machine‑learning technologies to enhance the educational and personalised experience; productionising AI proof‑of‑concepts using RAG, knowledge graphs, n8n, and LangChain.
  • Continuous feature development, ensuring the platform and its content remain current and relevant.
  • Performance optimisation, profiling, and tuning to keep the platform running smoothly and efficiently; adding monitoring and observability (logging, metrics, alerts).
  • Security and privacy assurance: keeping all user data and the entire system secure from potential threats by implementing authentication, encryption, secure coding practices and basic compliance measures.
  • Teamwork: collaborating effectively with technical and non‑technical teammates, participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
  • Problem solving and innovation: solving technical problems and innovating with new ideas to improve the educational platform; prototyping, running experiments, and iterating.
Requirements
  • 3‑5 years of experience as a Full‑Stack Engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics / Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience with AI orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, n8n) is advantageous.
  • Experience working in fintech or a start‑up is advantageous.
