Placements24 is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join their technology team in Tembisa, Gauteng, South Africa. The role offers a hybrid work model, combining in‑office collaboration with remote flexibility.

You will design, develop, and deploy robust web applications across the full software lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong JavaScript (ES6+) skills, experience with React, Node.js/Express, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
