Smart4 Cloud Limited is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our technology delivery team for a 6–12 month onsite contract in Johannesburg. You will work across backend services, APIs, frontend applications and database technologies within the Microsoft stack.

The ideal candidate has solid C#/.NET experience, Angular frontend expertise, and hands-on Azure exposure. Collaboration with developers, business stakeholders and Agile teams is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong .NET and Azure experience to join a dynamic technology delivery team on a 6–12 month contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting modern full-stack applications across the Microsoft technology ecosystem, working across backend services, APIs, frontend applications and database technologies.

This is a fully onsite role in Johannesburg, requiring strong collaboration with developers, technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Build and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Work with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core for data access and application development.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with Azure services and cloud-based application environments.
• Design, develop and optimise SQL Server databases and queries.
• Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Write clean, maintainable and scalable code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other developers, architects, business analysts and project stakeholders.

Technical Requirements

• C# 14 – C# 10 acceptable
• Entity Framework 8 – EF 6+ acceptable

Frontend

• Candidates with strong Angular experience will generally have exposure to the Node.js ecosystem.
• NestJS experience is advantageous and can be developed on the job.

• AZ-900 certification would be advantageous
