Qualifications

• 3-5 years software development experience.
• Broad experience and knowledge of accounting systems and ERP Systems.
• Experience working in project and BAU environments.
• Property Industry experience beneficial.
• Advanced Excel and computer software skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users to gather and document system requirements.
• Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes.
• Assist in the implementation of new applications and systems.
• Support data integrity and integration between systems.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated helpdesk issues.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent standard of literacy and effective communication skills

Scripting or programming experience
