SUMMARY :

Achievement of Sales targets for new sales of the Fibre to the Home product suite

POSITION INFO : Job Objectives
  • Pro-actively canvas for new sales of the Fibre to the Home product suite to new clients by executing the sales strategy within predetermined coverage areas
  • Achieve targets net of churn as well as campaign outcomes / target consistently as set out by Management
  • Establish, maintain, expand and take ownership of customer relationship
  • To take ownership, plan and carry out relevant sales process
  • Ensure ‘lead management system’ (Solid) is updated and maintained accurately and timeously with all relevant information i.e. address, sales status, technical and debtors contacts
  • Schedule client meetings where and when required
  • Attend door-to-door sales activities, Street Activations, Mall Activations and any other forms of activations as directed by management
