Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations – Manage the fruit and vegetable section to ensure smooth functioning
• Maintain product quality and freshness – Regularly check produce for quality and remove expired or damaged items
• Manage stock levels and ordering – Monitor inventory and place orders to maintain adequate supply
• Ensure proper display and merchandising – Arrange produce attractively to maximize sales
• Monitor pricing and promotions – Implement price changes and promotional activities
• Train and supervise staff – Schedule shifts, guide team members, and ensure productivity
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards – Comply with health regulations and keep the area clean
• Reduce waste and control shrinkage – Track losses and implement measures to minimize waste
