Job summary

Pivot Services is seeking a Casual Frontshop Assistant on a fixed-term basis in Oudtshoorn. You will help stock delivered items, pull stock from the storeroom, and ensure displays, labels and pricing remain accurate throughout the day.

You will assist customers, exchange merchandise where authorised by the Frontshop Leader, and report any price discrepancies to management. This role requires attention to detail and good customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock delivered items in the correct spaces and ensure stock pulled from the storeroom is stored and packed properly.
• Maintain merchandise displays, labels and pricing; report any price discrepancies to management.
• Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returned goods when authorised by the Frontshop Leader.
