Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Front Office Manager located in Durban.

The Front Office Manager will handle all aspects of front office operations, including supervising staff, managing reservations, coordinating with other departments, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out process.

The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, overseeing daily activities, and contributing to financial performance through effective management practices.
