Qualifications & Critical Criteria (Requirements)
- Matric certificate (Grade 12); office administration or hospitality qualification advantageous
 - Minimum 23 years experience in front office, reservations, or administrative roles within hospitality
 - Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
 - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
 - Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills
 - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
 - Must hold a valid South African ID

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate guest data, reservations, and billing records in Opera PMS
 - Process reservations, amendments, cancellations, and group bookings efficiently
 - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Front Office operations
 - Support the Front Office Manager with scheduling, correspondence, and departmental administration
 - Handle billing, payment postings, reconciliations, and end-of-day reports
 - Assist with VIP arrivals, guest communications, and special requests
 - Maintain filing, compliance, and documentation standards for audits and inspections
 - Coordinate with finance for deposits, refunds, and billing queries
 - Support training record-keeping, attendance tracking, and internal communications
 - Ensure professional conduct and confidentiality when handling guest or financial information
