Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and develop solutions and functionality that drives the growth of business
• Responsible for writing and testing code
• Own the execution of automated testing
• Advise on software deployment
• Work cross-functionally to deliver software components while collaborating with the product team
• Design and integrate solutions through automation and coding, using 3rd party software
• Create, craft and debug large scale distributed systems
• Lead on writing, updating and maintaining the technical program, end-user documentation, and operational procedures
• Responsible for refactoring code
• Advise on the reviewing of code written by other developers

Desired Experience & Qualification Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

• Digital experience Insurance (short term or life) / financial service industry is advantageous
• Client background: Custom built solutions (not off the shelf)
• Understanding of back-end integration
