Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing information about products and services.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage sales transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and recording sales invoices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Organize and manage the display of products in the store to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
  • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
