What You'll Be Doing

Deliver exceptional player support via live chat, email, and phone — in both French and English. Help players with accounts, payments, bonuses, and gameplay queries. Troubleshoot technical issues and make sure every player gets back to enjoying the action fast. Promote responsible gaming and always act in line with our compliance standards. Keep accurate records of all player interactions in our systems. Work closely with teams across Fraud, Payments, and Tech Support to resolve player issues. Stay sharp and up to date with new games, features, and promotions — our players rely on your expertise. Go the extra mile to build loyalty and ensure a top-tier player experience.

What We're Looking For
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Solid customer service or contact centre experience — gaming experience is a huge advantage
  • Natural communicator with great problem-solving skills
  • Cool under pressure and comfortable working in a 24 / 7, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way
  • Positive team player who's ready to make things happen
