Job summary

A leading firm in fraud analysis seeks a Team Leader to supervise and motivate a team of Fraud Analysts. This role involves ensuring the delivery of effective services while meeting performance objectives and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in team leadership and a Matric/NQF 4 qualification, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year TL experience in client experience, customer care.
  • Knowledge of fraud detection and analysis systems.
  • CII qualified or working towards this preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Fraud Analysts and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide reports to the Operations Manager.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals.
