A leading recruitment agency in Johannesburg is seeking a candidate to support the implementation of the enablement strategy across the franchise network. The ideal applicant will have short-term insurance experience and 3-5 years in a client-facing role. Strong interpersonal skills and a valid driver's license are essential. The primary purpose of this role is to support the successful implementation of the enablement strategy across the franchise network.
Value Proposition Enhancement & Delivery : Proactively embed and monitor franchise engagement with the company's value proposition.
The consultant will be the primary point of contact for franchise enablement, building strong relationships with advisers and providing tailored support.
Franchise Vesting & Capability Development : Embed operational standards across the network and identify performance gaps to create improvement plans.
This includes providing guidance on risk-related policies, regulatory expectations, and technology use.
Technology Adoption : Encourage efficient, tech-enabled operations within each franchise by monitoring technology utilization and troubleshooting user issues.
Compliance and Risk Management : Assess and mitigate operational and advice risks to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Investigate incidents and non-compliance to implement corrective actions.
A business-related qualification in areas such as Business Administration, Insurance, Operations Management, or Risk Management is required.
Short-term insurance experience is essential.
The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, operations, training, or enablement role.
Exposure to supporting decentralized teams or multi-branch operations is also required.
A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel nationally are necessary for this position.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are crucial for this role.
A practical understanding of short-term insurance processes is essential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to train others on digital tools are key.
The role requires high attention to detail, a strong sense of initiative, and accountability.
