Position Overview

With a strong track record of growth and success, we are expanding our reach and looking for a talented Franchise Development Representative / Recruiter to join our team.

The Franchise Development Representative will be responsible for recruiting, qualifying, and guiding candidates through the franchise discovery process.

This role combines consultative sales, relationship building, and candidate coaching.

You'll work closely with prospective franchisees, helping them understand FranVue's opportunities, culture, and support structure, ultimately driving them to become successful franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified franchise candidates through inbound leads, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess candidates' financial, professional, and personal readiness.
  • Present FranVue's franchise opportunities with clarity, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
  • Guide candidates through the full franchise sales cycle, from initial inquiry to signed agreement.
  • Maintain detailed records of all candidate interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals with a strong focus on closing deals.
  • Partner with leadership to refine recruitment strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Represent FranVue at franchise expos, networking events, and virtual webinars.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in franchise development, high-ticket sales, or corporate recruiting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
  • CRM experience (Keap, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for helping others succeed in business.
