Une entreprise de parfumerie recherche un Fragrance Development Manager pour gérer les projets de développement dans le secteur des fragrances. Le candidat idéal a au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie, une assez bonne connaissance technique du domaine et une passion pour la fragrance. The Fragrance Development Manager is a project manager in the fragrance division.
His / her duty as manager is to assist the Fragrance sales team by answering the clients briefs, sharing market knowledge and building olfactive strategies.
Innovation
Analyse the market and its evolution.
Create complete and optimise a local fragrance collection fitting the market trends and expectations.
Olfactive description on new launches in the local market.
The FDM is given Fragrance projects which need to be compliant to the client brief and MANE Development Policies.
Decide the technical & human needs of the project.
Schedule a due date together with the Sale Department and to respect it.
Ensure the brief is answered correctly.
Manage the collection using tools given by the company (classification of fragrances stability test GPM).
Active participation in Marketing presentations by allocating Fragrances adapted to concepts.
Provide a critical and objective opinion to perfumers on technical & sensorial performances to improve their creation to fit the brief better.
Request for samples made up for projects.
Schedule stability tests.
Maintain continuous contact with the Sales Department locally and of other Subsidiaries in Africa.
Inform sales on any possible difficulties and to justify his / her olfactive choices.
Share olfactive knowledge with the MANE evaluation community.
Engage with clients and visit customers together with Sale representative and / or Marketing.
Align yourself to the performance driven culture through the implementation of performance management and talent management.
Participate in development planning process.
Align yourself to the Mane Code of Ethics.
Facilitate upskilling of your team through internal development processes and e-learning.
Adhere to the Code of Ethics and drive ethical business practices across the group including the management of anti-competitive behavior.
Participate in Group wellness and CSR activity and utilize group resources in this regard.
Drive awareness of group energy consumption initiatives.
Support the SHEQ and OHS landscape across the group.
Ability to operate in a privately owned and managed entity.
Ethically driven to achieve business results.
Focus on sustainability to ensure business continuity.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation.
Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team organisation and collaborate across the business.
