Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Wes-Kaap, SA. You will contribute to annual budgets, rolling forecasts and monthly reporting, providing variance analysis and commentary on performance.

The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will develop financial models, analyse KPIs, and prepare management dashboards for senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and cost

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' FP&A, financial analysis or management accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Financial modelling experience is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Perform monthly financial analysis and reporting.
• Prepare variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes.
• Analyse KPIs and business drivers.
• Prepare management dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Support cost optimisation and business improvement initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses.
