HyperDev AI is seeking a Founding Product Lead to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in close partnership with our founders. You’ll translate developer needs into a practical product, shape AI-powered workflows, and ship features that balance usability with business impact.

You’ll interview users, map journeys, prototype ideas, and write crisp product briefs. You’ll own the end-to-end process from discovery to launch, ensuring a fast-moving, high-quality developer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience taking a software product from idea through launch and iteration.
• Proven track record owning product decisions and outcomes.
• Hands-on customer discovery and close collaboration with engineering and design.
• Able to discuss APIs, architectures, and trade-offs with developers.
• Practical experience shipping AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision with Co-Founders and identify target users.
• Turn direction into a focused roadmap balancing customer needs and constraints.
• Prioritise work and explain decisions clearly.
• Validate demand through interviews and early releases.
• Own the product journey from discovery to iteration and launch.
• Define where AI acts independently and where humans review outcomes.
• Establish success metrics across activation, engagement, and retention.
• Help build the founding team and culture.
