  • Std 10/Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Holding a valid driving licence for FLT‘s
  • Basic computer skills will be advantageous
  • Able to lift up to 25 kg
  • Must have flexible work availability
  • Able to operate forklift and crane
Key duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for receiving, stocking and shipping the product
  • Prepare finished products for customer shipments
  • Adhere to performance standards in quality and quantity (checking for damages as well as count)
  • Follow warehouse and shipping procedures • Record and store finished goods in the warehouse
  • Handle and record defected products from receipt to storage and then to production
  • Ensure good housekeeping within the warehouse
  • Ensure safe environment / procedures and prevent accidents (target zero accidents)
  • Responsible to report any risks identified for Quality and Food Safety Management where food contact product is produced in the plant.
  • Ensure ongoing awareness of Quality, Food Safety, Environmental and Health and Safety Management
  • Ensure housekeeping and general areas facilitates a tidy, neat environment
