Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move boxes, pallets and containers containing automotive parts.
• Load, unload and position materials in designated storage, production and dispatch areas.
• Transport materials between receiving, storage, production and dispatch areas as instructed.
• Check loads for stability and ensure materials are secure before moving.
• Conduct daily pre-use forklift inspections and report any defects or safety concerns.
• Follow workplace traffic rules, speed limits and pedestrian-safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Prevent damage to stock, equipment and company property.
• Report damaged packaging, stock discrepancies and misplaced materials to the supervisor.
• Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all health and safety procedures.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and support the smooth running of daily operations.

Forklift Driver

A well-established company in the automotive manufacturing industry is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving, loading, unloading and positioning boxes, pallets and containers containing automotive parts safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move boxes, pallets and containers containing automotive parts.
• Load, unload and position materials in designated storage, production and dispatch areas.
