Requirements :

• Must be between the ages of 25-40
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Matric (Grade 12)
• A Diploma in Construction Management or a related field will be advantageous
• Must reside in Centurion
• Must be willing to travel as required

Duties include :

• Responsible for overseeing daily activities on a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner.
• Supervision of construction workers and skilled personnel to carry out specific tasks.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Coordination of daily tasks according to priorities and plans, and making changes when necessary due to weather, inventory, delivery, and personnel.
• Delegation of individual responsibilities and projects to team members and contractors.
• Provision of sufficient resources and personnel to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety requirements.
• Emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment while providing training. about safety equipment, helmets, and procedures are provided.
• Development and management of project budgets and quality standards for all sites.
• Resolving conflicts or miscommunication quickly and amicably.
• Regular reporting of project status to supervisor.

Remuneration :

R18,000.00 per month
