Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.
• Experience in fuel station or customer service is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and provide service.
• Dispense fuel accurately and safely.
• Process cash, card and other payments.
• Top up fluids and maintain forecourt cleanliness.
• Check tyre pressure and assist customers as needed.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Report faults or safety hazards immediately.
• Assist customers with enquiries and directions.
• Promote products, services and offers.
