Introduction

Food Production company looking for Food safety & Quality control ManagerMust have 3 Years experience in Similar postionOversee Food safety audits and manage customer complaints with professionalism and care.This is a hands on leadership role that ensure the products meet the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.Lead Audits and compliance.

Plan, prepare and execute internal and extarnal food safety audits.Maintain compliance with all regulatory and certification requirements.Manage QC Team.

Supervise, train and develop the quality control team to ensure consistent monitoring and testing.Costumer Complaints; Investigate complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective actions while maintaining strong customer relationships.Food safety Systems; Oversee HACCP, GMPs and other food saftey programs, keeping them up to date and effectively implemented.Continuous Improvement; Drive initiatives to improve product quality, reduce waste and enhance customer satisfaction Must be able to work under PressureAttention to detail and Analytical thinker.

Experience, with the abilty to coachExcellent commincator, good with problem solving and organizational skille.

Passionate about food safety.
