The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food Technology or Analytical Chemistry and at least 2 years' experience in Quality Control within the food industry. Qualifications

• 2 years in Quality Control or Quality Assurance Laboratory in the food industry.
• 1 year exposure to Raw Material Analysis.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP and Supplier Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality control checks on incoming raw material.
• Communicate with relevant departments regarding product non-conformances.
• Issue Certificate of Analysis of final product on request.
