Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with a tertiary qualification in Food Science and at least 5 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in a nut production environment is an advantage.
• Training and certification in IBL, FSSC, Food Defence & Food Fraud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the site's quality assurance system.
• Investigate customer complaints to identify root causes.
• Oversee quality control checks and manage incidents in the area.
