Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Consumer Science or similar.
• Previous food technology/product development experience.
• Strong tasting and research skills.
• Project management experience would be advantageous.
• FMCG experience advantageous.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Passionate foodie with a drive to innovate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new product, recipe and formulation development.
• Coordinate product development projects from concept to launch.
• Prepare kitchen and factory trial samples.
• Conduct tastings, product evaluations and testing.
• Manage product development documentation and analytical results.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Research new ideas and contribute to product innovation.
