Qualifications

• Must have GM restaurant management experience and luxury brand experience, with strong knowledge and understanding of guest expectations and how to deliver these consistently.
• Leadership and training ability are critical for this position, as well as good skill in delegating to ensure results.
• Ability to work between multiple stores. Own transport is essential. Self-motivated and self-disciplined individual.
• This is not an office position; days off will be during the week on quieter days.
