As a Food and Beverage Bar Manager you will be responsible for assisting with managing operations of Stacks to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. The Bar Manager will also be required to manage train and develop team members and work within all budgets .
Specifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards :
Manage Food & Beverage service operations
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Recruit manage train and develop the Team
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
Assist to develop menus
Be accountable for monthly stock takes
To pro-actively talk to Stacks customers to build up relationships and drive revenue through loyalty and high service standards
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
