About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work across all areas of Food and Beverage to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience while supporting departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in all Food and Beverage areas including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service, and Conference & Events.
  • Complete all administrative tasks for the F&B department.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
  • Respond to guest queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
  • Support other departments as needed and foster strong working relationships.
