Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage Front of House and Food & Beverage operations
  • Ensure seamless guest service and attention to detail throughout the lodge experience
  • Supervise and train service staff to maintain 5-star hospitality standards
  • Manage dining room setup, guest hosting, and special dining experiences
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and management teams
  • Monitor stock control, service quality, and guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a FOH or F&B supervisory role within a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-relations skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Well-presented, professional, and passionate about service excellence
  • Hospitality qualification advantageous
