Responsibilities

• Able to pack and plate orders correctly.
• Maintain speed of service.
• Maintain FOH stock according to Co-Ordinator SOP.
• Maintain food safety standards according to SOP.
• Maintain FOH Hygiene and Cleanliness standards according to Co-Ordinator SOP.
• Ensure accuracy of orders packed for internal/external delivery services.
