Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or claims handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register new claims received from brokers within the SLA.
• Accurately enter claim details into the claims system.
• Verify essential claim information such as policy details and incident description.
• Coordinate claims with the appropriate departments based on severity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Education
