Job summary

WesBank in Cape Town is seeking a Customer Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to deliver an exceptional and efficient customer experience by understanding needs and directing customers to suitable service channels, including eChannels and self-service.

You will build relationships, communicate clearly, educate customers on banking platforms, identify sales opportunities, and ensure compliance with policies while aiming to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or NQF4 minimum qualification.
• NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking, Business Administration, or Customer Service preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Qualification & Experience Requirement

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
