Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited in Roodepoort seeks a friendly, customer‑centric advisor for a 12‑month hourly contract in the Alternative Channel. You will build relationships, guide clients to self‑service, and identify sales opportunities while ensuring compliance and accurate service delivery.

You will work in a dynamic team under brand standards, staying updated on banking products and supporting digital channels to improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/NQF 4 is required.
• FAIS-recognized certificate preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles in financial services.
• Experience with digital/self-service banking is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualification & Experience Requirement

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
• 1-3 years of experience in customer‑facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
