This critical role involves the conceptualization, development, and refinement of new and existing Fast-Moving Consumer Goods products, ensuring they meet market demands, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and production, to bring exciting new products from the laboratory bench to full-scale commercialization. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background and a passion for creating successful consumer products.
