Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative Merchandising Manager to lead in-store visual merchandising for FMCG products in Upington. You will develop strategies, collaborate with sales and retail partners, and drive optimal product placement to boost visibility and sales.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven FMCG merchandising experience, with strong retail insight and excellent communication to work with internal teams and external partners. Travel across the Northern Cape may be involved.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a Merchandising Manager or similar in FMCG.
Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior.
Excellent visual merchandising skills and keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement in-store merchandising plans and visual standards for FMCG products.
Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners to execute merchandising strategies.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement.
Create planograms and display guidelines for key retail accounts.
Oversee production and distribution of point-of-sale materials and displays.
