Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or sales support within FMCG is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities for liaison with field teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of planograms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-store merchandising plans and promotions across channels.
• Support field teams with materials, information, and on-site queries.
• Manage POS materials, display units, and promotional stock.
• Ensure displays comply with brand guidelines, planograms, and partner agreements.
• Collect and summarize merchandising feedback and performance data.
• Communicate requirements with internal teams and external retailers.
