Job summary

Tiger Brands in Ulundi, KwaZulu-Natal, seeks an experienced Depot Sales and Distribution Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our FMCG depot, drive sales targets, optimize routes and ensure on-time deliveries of bread and Tinkie products.

The role requires five years of depot management in FMCG, a Grade 12 or higher, with a preference for a diploma or degree. You will manage driver performance, cost controls, safety compliance, stock integrity and customer promotions.

Qualifications

• Five years sales and depot management experience in FMCG.
• Grade 12 as a minimum education; diploma/degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve bread and Tinkie sales targets for depot.
• Identify and develop new markets.
• Conduct route surveys and capture route requirements.
• Ensure on-time in-full deliveries with quality product.
• Coordinate in-store promotions.
• Manage driver balances, daily settlements and POD controls.
