Job summary

A leading FMCG firm seeks a qualified FMCG Application Sales Support Administrator in Durban. This role involves providing expert support for the FMCG Application, conducting product training to principals and sales agents, and coordinating with technical support for problem resolution. The ideal candidate must have Matric/Grade 12, a relevant B Degree in Business/Commerce, 2-3 years of FMCG Application support experience, and Salesforce experience would be advantageous. Own vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Matric / Grade 12.
• Relevant B Degree in Business / Commerce.
• At least 2-3 years direct experience in FMCG Application support.
• Salesforce experience would be an advantage.
• Must have own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert end user support for the FMCG Application.
• Conduct product training for principals and sales agent users.
• Engage with tier 2 & 3 support to resolve issues.
