Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our reputable client's team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role focuses on accurate supplier invoicing, 3-way matching, and timely payments in a multi-entity environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in Accounts Payable or finance operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered an asset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Accounts Payable or finance operations.
• Experience in multi-entity, high-volume invoicing or international environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices with 3-way matching.
• Post to correct GL accounts, cost centres, and projects.
• Prepare payment runs and execute payments per internal controls.
• Manage vendor master data and respond to supplier queries.
• Handle month-end AP activities including accruals and reconciliations.
