Job summary

The Rank Group is seeking a mid‑level Mobile Software Engineer skilled in Flutter to join our mobile squad. You will develop and maintain a cross‑platform mobile app for iOS and Android, collaborating with designers, product managers, analysts and full‑stack teams to deliver features.

You will write clean, scalable code, champion TDD, and stay updated with new technologies while mentoring teammates and supporting deployments in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile app development, especially with Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in Dart and Flutter frameworks and state management (Bloc/Cubit).
• Understanding RESTful APIs and modern web tech within mobile solutions.
• Familiarity with the full SDLC and Agile development practices.
• Passion for gaming and the gaming community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cross‑platform mobile app using Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, product managers and full‑stack teams to build and improve features.
• Write clean, scalable code, set coding standards and champion TDD.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues and influence architectural decisions.
• Lead feature development, report progress and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Take ownership of codebases, perform testing and support QA.
• Stay updated with new technologies and share insights with the team.
• Support deployments, documentation and competency assessments.
• Work autonomously while mentoring team members when needed.
