What you will do:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies
  • Curate and repurpose content from existing libraries and YouTube clips for reels, carousels, and short‑form storytelling
  • Edit short‑form videos in CapCut and design visually cohesive posts in Canva
  • Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and story interactions
  • Monitor analytics dashboards, track KPIs weekly, and share growth reports with co‑founders
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and coordinate lightly with the YouTube editor
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
What you need to succeed in this role:
  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • At least 2 years managing social media for a creator, influencer, or digital brand
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and social analytics tools
  • Excellent written communication and awareness of trends
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and balance data‑driven insights with creative storytelling
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Excellent time‑management skills
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8 Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
