Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Experience in stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Store Manager regarding sales floor improvements.
  • Ensure all customers are greeted and offered assistance promptly.
  • Monitor individual sales staff performance and report underperformance.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge within all allocated departments.
  • Ensure timely entry of customer orders into the order book.
  • Oversee shelf stocking and communicate stock shortages for reordering.
  • Continuously monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of items, report discrepancies.
  • Remove damaged stock from the floor with proper documentation.
  • Maintain attractive and updated merchandising displays.
