Job summary

A leading personnel provider is seeking a Floor Manager in Germiston, South Africa. This role is responsible for managing all manufacturing and engineering activities on the production floor, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, while supervising staff. Candidates should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and a relevant diploma or degree is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) required.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or engineering.
